Electronic Teller features are numerous and include, among others:
An attractive user interface to handle bank,
credit card, cash, investment, asset, and liability
accounts. Transactions are grouped in a
standard OS/2 notebook and grouped by year.
Multiple-user support to shield accounts from one
another -- ideal, also, for single users who
manage accounts for various individuals and who
require that the accounts of one person never
share information or conflict with those of
another.
Intelligent forecasting that will allow you to
forecast a balance one, two, three... months into
the future using entries, existing postdated
transactions and interest earned, in addition to
the ability to add entries to the forecast to
account for anticipated revenue or expenditures,
exclusion of existing entries, single and grouped
transaction highlighting, links, and transaction
relocation should you want to see what the
forecasted balance is if you move a debit to
another location within the forecast.
Persistant transaction links between accounts:
for example, if you pay a credit card bill with from
a checking account, create one transaction for
both and simply link the transaction to the other
account. If you change something in the
transaction in the future (the amount, for
instance), that change will be reflected in the
linked account without you having to edit two
transactions.
A calculator which can be used as a standalone
application or in conjunction with amount entry
fields within Electronic Teller to inserted a
calculated amount.
Reminders (fiscal or social) that can be created
with a limited or perpetual life span.
Two configurable cheque printers that will allow
users to create their own cheque designs (useful
when printing to standard, bank-issued cheques),
with multiple cheque-per-page support.
A wide assortment of reports: budget,
transaction fee, unreconciled or regular
transactions, and summary reports, to name a
few, with a variety of subtotalling options.
Budget tracking and graphs.
Transaction fee (or service charge) tracking.
Category tracking and graphs.
Conversion to and from standard QIF-formatted
files, with optional, enhanced, Electronic Teller
support to ensure little or no loss of data during
the conversion process.
Accelerated imports of QIF and OFX files.
Configurable, comma-delimited (CSV), exports to
facilitate imports into databases that support
CSV-formatted files.
International currency support, at both the
account and transaction levels.
Password protection and Blowfish encryption.
WPS integration supporting drag-and-drop and
object launching.
International language support which currently
includes Dutch, French, German, Italian,
Portuguese, Spanish, UK and US English.
